It was sweet, sad and funny. As I read in one review, it looks weird on paper but it's strangely and sweetly affecting onscreen.

overall i didn't enjoy it as much as i thought i would, i found it quite predictable. i was telling sean everything that was going to happen next when we watched it and he asked if i had seen it before.
I thought the climax was going to be so much worse than it was, I was relieved when it didn't turn out as bad as I had feared. I kept thinking Lars was going to get beat up by someone or something.
